PD on Demand Upgrade 

The PD on Demand Learning Management System was upgraded on February 21 to enhance your online learning experience, allow our courses to feature new interactive functionality and to enhance security.

Required Password Reset
As a part of the security enhancements of this system, you will be asked to change your password when you logon.

1. To initiate this process, enter your username and password as you normally would. If your password has not yet been updated, you will be presented with a screen that will prompt you through the password update process.
2. An Email with a password reset link that is valid for 60 minutes will be sent to the Email address that you used when you registered your account with the PD on Demand System.
3. In the Email that you receive from "SWWC Technology Helpdesk (via SWWC PD)" click on the password reset link, if the link is not active in your Email, you will need to copy the entire link and paste it into a web browser.
4. The PD on Demand Learning Management System will allow you to set your new password and logon to the system. Please memorize your new password or save it in a secure password management system.
5. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to log on to the PD on Demand System in the future with your new password to complete your purchased courses.
